  • potatoes - 2.21 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • eggs - 4.

How to make

Peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Put them in boiling salted water until you get almost tender. Drain and arrange a layer of potatoes in a lightly greased tray, sprinkle the top with crumbled cheese, add more potatoes again and repeat until the products finish.

Top the grаtin with beaten eggs with milk and spices. Add small pieces of butter.

Bake for half an hour, first preheat oven to 390°F (200 °C.)
