"A recipe for exceptionally delicious fritters! I`m busy throughout the week, like most of you I assume, and I just want to rest on the weekend. So try out these easy but very tasty homemade fritters"
- flour - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
- eggs - 2
- yeast - 1 packet, dry
- milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 2 tsp
- oil

Beat the eggs with the milk, then add salt and sugar. Stirring constantly, add the flour that has been mixed with the yeast.
Make a not-too-thick dough and leave it to rise. Grab spoon-sized portions of the risen dough and fry them in hot oil.
Place atop paper towels to drain and cover with jam or honey.
