Ingredients

  • potatoes - 25 oz (700 g)
  • parsley - 2 bunches
  • onions - 4 medium heads
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Boil the potatoes until nearly fully cooked in salted water, drain them and cut them into pieces. In a deep pot, preheat the oil and fry the chopped onions.

Once slightly softened, pour in the flour, water, salt and black pepper to taste. Stir and cook for a few minutes. Then add the potatoes, chopped parsley and cook until they get a crispy crust.
