Ingredients

  • eggs – 3
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • milk - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • coconut flakes - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • cocoa - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • oil - 2/3 cup (160 ml)

Preparation

Beat the eggs with sugar until whitened and then start adding all the other products while stirring consistently.

Pour most of the dough into a greased and floured cake form or plain tray.

Beat the cocoa with the remaining small portion of the mixture at the end.

Pour the brown mixture over the light one. Bake the cake in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven. Check if it's ready with a toothpick.find similar recipes here
