  • biscotti - 14 oz (400 g), hard
  • coffee - 2 or 3 tsp, Nescafe, dissolved in water
  • vanilla - 1, cream
  • walnuts - 1 cup, coarsely chopped
  • cinnamon
  • fruits - seasonal ones, strawberries, raspberries, or drained fruits from compote


In a rectangular dish, arrange half of the biscotti that you've dipped in coffee. Top with cream.

Arrange the fruits, sprinkle with walnuts. Make one more row in the same fashion and sprinkle the very top with cinnamon.
