Ingredients

  • powdered sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • chocolate - 5.5 oz (150 g), preferably dark
  • milk - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp

Preparation

Boil the milk and add the chocolate, broken into pieces, butter, cocoa and powdered sugar to it.

Stir with a wooden spatula to completely melt the chocolate and thicken. The chocolate glaze is suitable for cakes, creams or tarts.
