Grilled Trout

  • trout - 4 clean
  • cooking oil - 1 tbsp
  • onions - 2 cloves
  • fennel - 1 bunch
  • lemons – 1.
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • salt


Wash trout in cold water. Dry them inside and out. Sprinkle with lemon juice and gently salt them.

Brush 4 sheets of aluminium foil with oil. Wash dill and shake off the water, cut it large. Peel the onion, cut it finely and mix in dill. Fill the trout with the mixture and close them.

Place fish on foil pieces. Attach the ends of the foil and screw them in tight packs. Grill 15 minutes on each side. Place the Trout in the dishes and decorate them with lemon slices.
