"We`ve prepared a very delicious, light and juicy homemade cake with apples, raisins and a little sugar just for you."

apples - 2, chopped into small pieces, medium sized, sweet
raisins - 1 - 2 tablespoons
sugar - 1 tablespoon
vanilla - 1
cinnamon - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1 tsp
oil - 1/3 cup
water - 1 cup, cool
flour - sifted, as needed

How to make

Mix the products in the order given. The goal is to get a dense, smooth viscous mixture. You can add the flour in portions.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking dish (8″ (20 cm) diameter) and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready. Once removed from the oven, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.

You can serve it with yoghurt. Suitable for children!
