Ingredients

  • chicken - 7 oz (200 g), or use mince or turkey
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • tomato paste - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • spaghetti - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 3
  • garlic - 4 cloves, finely chopped
  • parsley - 4 tbsp
  • oregano
  • basil
  • sage
  • thyme
  • cinnamon
  • sugar
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Fry the mince and garlic in oil, add the tomato paste, oregano, sage, thyme, basil, cinnamon and sugar.

Put the spaghetti in boiling salted water and cook for about 8 minutes. Add diced tomatoes with parsley after removing the sauce from the heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine the sauce with very well drained spaghetti.
