- fish fillet - 6, white
- breadcrumbs - 3/4 cup
- worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- butter - 1/2 cup, or melted margarine
- dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- salt - 3 pinches
- black pepper - 3 - 4 pinches

Sprinkle the bottom of a greased baking dish with breadcrumbs and arrange the fillets on top. Combine all the other products and pour them over the fish.
Bake at 430°F (220 °C) for about 20-30 minutes. Serve the crispy grilled fish sprinkled with parsley.
