Ingredients

  • salmon fillet - 14 oz (400 g)
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • lemons - 1 whole, the juice and zest of it
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • olive oil - 3 - 4 tbsp, for frying
  • dill - chopped fresh

Preparation

Cut salmon fillet into portions, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes in a mixture of white wine, lemon juice and grated zest and cayenne pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and place the salmon fillets to braise and change color on both sides.

Serve this salmon lightly sprinkled with chopped dill and garnish with vegetables or potatoes.find similar recipes here
