"For vegans and vegetarians, these aromatic grilled veggies are a real feast, as for everyone else - a superb garnish."
- eggplants - 2
- tomatoes - 5, small
- peppers - 2 red + 2 green or yellow
- zucchini - 1
- soya sauce - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
- olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
- lemon juice - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
- rosemary
- black pepper - to taste
measuresHow to make
Wash and chop all the vegetables into round slices; you can leave the tomatoes whole. Prepare a marinade by mixing the salt, rosemary, soya sauce, olive oil and lemon juice.
Roll the cut vegetables in the marinade and leave them to stand for about an hour, occasionally mixing. Roast the vegetables on the grill and serve them arranged in a dish.
