  • eggs - 4.
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • lemons - 1 teaspoon zest


Beat eggs with sugar until you get a smooth cream and gradually add the flour previously sifted with baking powder.

Mix in the yogurt and grated lemon rind. Pour the mixture into a buttered pan and put the cake to bake in a moderate preheated oven. Once cooked, pour over with fruit syrup of your choice.

Use the juice of stewed apricots, peaches and other fruits.
