Ingredients

  • peppers - 22 lb (10 kg), red
  • garlic - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • vinegar - 4 1/5 cups (1 l)
  • parsley

How to make

The peppers are cleaned from their seeds and roasted. Stew and peel them.

Arrange in a dish and cover with vinegar. Leave for 2 hours. Then arrange in jars and place garlic and parsley between the peppers.

Sterilize the jars for 10 minutes.
