Ingredients

  • flour - 3 1/5 cups (750 g)
  • yoghurt - 2 cups (500 g)
  • oil - 5 - 6 tbsp or 3 tbsp lard
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • eggs - 1 - 2 yolks to spread + 2 - 3 for the filling
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g) for the filling

How to make

Knead a dough from the products and roll it out into a sheet. Cut out circles using a cup. Place a bit of the mixture of feta cheese and eggs in each circle.

Fold the circles, press the edges lightly and put them in a greased tray. Coat the crackers with egg yolk and bake in a moderate oven.
