Ingredients

  • flour - 4 cups
  • baking powder - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • milk – 1 1/2 cups
  • butter - 1 package softened
  • eggs - 2 yolks
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)

Preparation

Mix the sifted flour with baking powder, salt and baking soda in a deep pot. Gradually add oil and milk and stir. Knead to a smooth dough. Roll it into a thin crust and smear butter on it. Cut it into triangles.

At the widest part of the triangle, sprinkle crumbled cheese, then roll up the sweets. Arrange them in a greased baking tray and brush them with egg yolk.

Bake the rolls with cheese at 392°F (200 °C) until they get a nice tan.find similar recipes here
