Ingredients

  • salmon - 3 - 4 fillets
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • yogurt - 2/3 cup (150 g) strained or sour cream
  • mayonnaise - 2/5 cup (100 g) dairy
  • dijon mustard - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • dill - 1 tbsp chopped, optional
  • lemons - juice of 1 lemon
  • white pepper - 1/2 tsp

How to make

Rub salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Pour a little olive oil and lemon juice over them and leave them in a cool area for 30 minutes. Transfer them to a lightly greased oven dish.

Beat together the milk, yogurt / sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard with a little salt, black pepper and white pepper, parsley and dill. Pour this sauce over the salmon.

Cover the oven dish with foil, make a few small holes in the foil and put it to bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 370°F (190 °C).
