Ingredients

  • peppers - 13.5 lb (6 kg)
  • green tomatoes - 9 lb (4 kg)
  • okra - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • cabbages - 13.5 lb (6 kg)
  • carrots - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • celery - 4 - 5 bunches
  • salt - 6 2/3 cups (1600 g)
  • water - 5.5 gal (20 liters)
  • vinegar - 4 tbsp

How to make

Arrange the cleaned and washed vegetables in a plastic drum, put vine leaves between each row, soaked in the brine and celery beforehand.

Put a crown of vine twigs and leaves on top, then pour in the boiled, strained and cooled brine and let the pickle sit closed for 2 days.

Decant every 2 days - up to 3-4 times.
