Ingredients

  • pork trotters - 2.21 lb (1 kg)
  • pork tongue - 2.21 lb (1 kg)
  • pig ears - 2.21 lb (1 kg)
  • pig hearts - 4.41 lb (2 kg)
  • marjoram - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • pepper - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • garlic - 2 tsp (10 g)

How to make

Put all products - trotters, tongues, ears and hearts to boil. Debone the pork trotters and then peel the tongues.

All boiled products are cut into small pieces and mixed well with the spices. Pour them into molds and pour in the broth from the boiling. Allow it to cool so it turns to jelly.

Serve it cut into pieces.
