Ingredients

  • bonito - 1 large
  • carrots - 4 + 1 for the marinade
  • tomatoes - 5
  • onions - 2 cloves, 1 for the onion marinade
  • vinegar - 1/2 cup
  • bay leaf - 1 leaf
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil - 1/2 cup

How to make

Clean the fish. Put it to marinate for 1 night in the vinegar, bay leaf, 1 large chopped onion, coarsely chopped carrot, finely divided parsley and salt to taste.

The next day, cut into small pieces 4 onions and fry them in oil. Add the coarsely chopped carrots and tomatoes. Add salt, ground black pepper to taste and let everything boil and get seasoned for several minutes.

Lightly grease the tray and then place the fish with boiled vegetables in it. Put it to bake in a moderately hot oven.
