"A universal dessert - sweet, salty and very scrumptious."

Ingredients

  • oat bran - 2 tbsp
  • wheat bran - 1 tablespoon
  • eggs - 1
  • cottage cheese - to taste, enough to allow spraying with a pastry bag
  • yoghurt - 1 tbsp (0.1%)
  • samardala - to taste
  • paprika - 2 pinches
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp

How to make

Beat the egg with the yoghurt and add the wheat and oat bran. Start adding cottage cheese until you get a suitable mixture that you can use in a pastry bag. Add the samardala, nutmeg and paprika.

Lay out a large tray with baking paper and spray out cookies with a diameter of 2″ (5 cm) and a thickness of 1/2″ (1 cm) in it. Bake for 15 minutes over medium heat.

It is best to bake in an oven with a fan.
