  • biscuits - 1 1/2 cups, whole wheat, crushed
  • sugar - 3 tsp
  • butter - 6 tablespoons, melted
  • cream cheese - 1 cup (227 g), at room temperature
  • sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • vanilla - 1 tsp, extract
  • cooking cream - 1 cup (240 ml)
  • coconut flakes - 1 package
  • jam - blueberry, or fresh ones


Pick out dietary biscuits and grind them in a food processor with 3 tablespoons of sugar and the melted butter.

Distribute the resulting layer evenly along the bottom and sides of a small tray while pressing with your fingers.

Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and cream in a bowl. If you want, you can add a little more sugar. Pour the coconut flakes in and mix with a spoon. Spread the filling over the layer in the tray and smooth it out.
