butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
eggs - 2

How to make

Melt the butter but do not heat it too much and let it cool slightly. With a whisk, mix the eggs with sugar and add the coconut flakes and butter. Mix everything well and add the vanilla.

Using a spoon, scoop from the mixture and form the sweets on a tray, covered with baking paper. Put the coconut cookies to bake for 7-10 minutes in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven.
