  • puff pastry - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • jam
  • powdered sugar


The puff pastry is cut into squares (each side is about 3.5″ (9 cm)). A small cut is made on each square - about 2 inches - from the outside corners to the inside.

In the middle, place jam that is not too runny. Bake in a preheated 428°F (220 °C) oven for about 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with plenty of powdered sugar.
