The oven is heated to 428°F (220 °C). In a large pot, boil water and for 5 cook the lasagne pastry. Then the pastry is washed with cold water and sprinkled with a little fat, to not stick. Chop onion and sauté it in a large skillet with vegetable oil. Grate the zucchini and garlic and three minutes later, add them to the onions in the pan.

Once the Zucchini is soft, add 2/3 of the cheese, stir and flavour them. The tomato sauce is heated in the microwave.

In a large pan, start to stack lasagna. Starting with the zucchini, sheet of lasagna and tomato sauce. Top with cream cheese and grated cheese. Bake 10 minutes in the upper part of the oven until the cheese becomes golden.
