"Trout is among the fish that don`t need much - a little fresh orange, a few min. on the grill and some company for lunch."

Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 14 oz (400 g)
  • trout - 6 fillets
  • onions - 1 head
  • margarine - 3 tbsp
  • oranges - 1, or use a lemon
  • spearmint - 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • black pepper - ground

How to make

Sauté the grated onion in 1 tablespoon of margarine, add the chopped tomatoes and sauté for 5 minutes. Season the dish with salt, black pepper and spearmint.

Separately, fry the fish in margarine evenly on both sides, pour on the lemon juice and serve it with the sautéed tomatoes.
