Ingredients

  • salmon - 28 oz (800 g)
  • sour cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dill - 2 tbsp, chopped
  • lemons - 1
  • olive oil - 4 - 5 tbsp
  • green onions - 2

How to make

Salt the pieces of salmon well, sprinkle them with ground black pepper, chopped dill, olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Allow to stand for 10 minutes and arrange them in an oven dish.

Separately, beat the cream and pour it over the salmon - it needs to cover the fish. Put the oven dish in a moderately heated oven to bake for 15 minutes.
