Ingredients

  • sugar - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • honey - 1 cup
  • eggs - 2
  • cinnamon - 2 tablespoons
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • flour - 4 cups
  • walnuts - crushed or ground

Preparation

Mix the oil and sugar well. Gradually add the eggs, honey, cinnamon, and then the flour with the baking soda. Finally, add the chopped walnuts as you see fit (but do not overdo it).

Shape the balls like walnuts, which you will arrange in a buttered oven dish. Bake the gingerbread in a moderate 356°F (180 °C) oven for 15 minutes.find similar recipes here
