Ingredients

  • salmon - 1.
  • onions - 1 head
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • cream - 2 tbsp

How to make

Salmon is cleaned and the fillet, separated. In a container with a lid, stew it with chopped onions, vinegar, wine and cream.

The fish is removed. When squished with a fork, it should be crushed easily. Sauce boils for about 3 minutes and is served separately from the fillets.
