  • macaroni - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • mince - 7 oz (200 g), or diced sausage
  • tomato juice - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • basil
  • oregano
  • rosemary

How to make

Put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook for about 5-8 minutes. After boiling, drain it, rinse in hot water, return it to the pot on the stove, pour the sauce over it and stir for 1-2 minute.

The sauce is prepared as follows: In hot oil, fry the chopped onion and garlic, add the mince, stir until completely crumbled, add tomato juice and spices, cook for about 15 - 20 minutes.
