Knead minced meat with savory, bread soaked in milk and then a squeezed and grated onion. Shape meatballs, roll them in flour and fry in oil until almost done. For the sauce, stew the other onion and finely chopped garlic in the same fat.

Add sliced carrots and coarsely diced potatoes. Stir, add the flour, paprika and tomato juice. Then add the meatballs to the sauce - 1 cup of warm water.

Boil until the products soften. If necessary, add more water. When serving, sprinkle with parsley.
