"Rolling up vine wraps is a tricky task but the result is always worth it!"

Ingredients

  • beef - 4.5 oz (130 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • rice - 2 1/3 tsp (12 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • yogurt - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • vine leaves
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Fry chopped onion. Add the minced meat, mix it with the onions and continue to fry it. Add the rice, salt, pepper and finely cut parsley.

With this mixture, make the vine wrap rolls, by putting it in the already parboiled soft leaves and rolling them up. Arrange them in the pot, pour in cool water and boil them on low heat.

Once the vine rolls are cooked, pour a sauce made from the eggs, yogurt and flour over them.
