Ingredients

  • couscous - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • veal sausages - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • pickles - 5 - 6
  • apples - sour
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • black pepper
  • salt - to taste
  • eggs - 2, boiled

How to make

Couscous is boiled in salted water and drained. Mix with chopped sausage, pickles and apple cubes.

Add the pepper, a little salt if necessary and then, garlic. Add the mayonnaise and mix everything. Serve salad decorated with slices of boiled eggs.

This is a delicious salad for brandy with friends!
