Ingredients

  • mince - 2 lb (1 kg) beef
  • eggs - 2
  • onions - 2 sprigs fresh
  • onions - 1 head
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch crushed
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - ground
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • cumin - to taste
  • salt - to taste

How to make

It is best to grind your own 2 lbs (1 kilogram) of beef mince. Mix in the very finely chopped 2 types of onions, parsley, eggs and all the spices. Allow the meat to cool for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.

Then, with greased hands, make flat meatballs and put them on a preheated grill. Optionally, you can roll them in flour a little before frying. Some people prefer not to put eggs in their meatballs, but to me they taste perfect with them.
