Ingredients

  • pork - 2 lb (1 kg) steak
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • fat - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • cream - 1 cup (250 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • parsley

Preparation

Wash the steaks and tenderize them, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Arrange in a baking dish and bake until ready (if necessary, cover with foil).

Mushrooms are sautéed in fat, then chopped parsley and garlic are added. The cream is beaten with a mixer and added to the mushrooms.

Mix, and pour the resulting sauce over the steaks.
