"A tasty casserole with a cheese crust for any day of the week."

Ingredients

  • sausages - 10.5 oz (300 g) fresh
  • butter - 1/3 cup (75 g)
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • milk - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml)
  • eggs - 2
  • salt
  • parsley

How to make

Peel the sausages, salami, ham, etc., cut them into small cubes, fry them in half the butter and sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley. Combine the flour with some of the cold milk and then pour the remaining milk in. Add the beaten eggs and salt.

Heat the resulting mixture to a boil, while stirring continuously. Pour half of the resulting mixture into a baking dish and bake it. Arrange the fried sausages on top and cover with the rest of the mix.

Sprinkle on the grated cheese. Put the dish in the oven again, until the cheese browns. Serve immediately with a salad of your choice.
