Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • chicken fillets - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • mushrooms - 5.5 oz (150 g) sterilized
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • onions - 3 heads
  • chicken broth - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • soya sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • mustard - 3 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • marjoram - 1 tablespoon dried

Preparation

Cut the meat into bite sized pieces and fry it until golden brown in hot oil. Mustard, soya sauce, marjoram, salt and pepper are mixed in a bowl and added to the drained meat.

Pour half in a greased casserole or pot, place chopped onion, cheese and mushrooms over it. Add the remaining meat and pour the broth and wine in.

The pot is closed with a lid, placed in a cold oven and baked at 356°F (180 °C) for two hours.find similar recipes here
