Ingredients

  • beef liver - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • wine - 1 cup
  • salt
  • parsley

How to make

Cut the beef liver into thin, oblong or wide pieces, add salt and fry it in butter, leaving it juicy (rare) and remove it. In the same oil, add the flour and pour the wine in.

In the sauce you get, add the fried liver pieces and cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes before removing from the fire. Season with salt and chopped parsley.
