Ingredients

  • pasta - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • eggs - 3
  • feta cheese - 9.5 oz (275 g)
  • smoked cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g) for sprinkling
  • butter - 1/5 cup (70 g)

How to make

Put the pasta to boil until almost done, drain it and pour into a suitable greased tray. Mix it with a little soft butter, crumbled feta and the chopped into small pieces smoked cheese.
