Potatoes with Cheese in a Pan

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - to fry
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)


Clean and slice the potatoes as needed. If you do not have a large skillet, cook them in 2 lots.

Heat oil at the bottom of the pan, add the potatoes and fry them till they are ready, shake the pan regularly and season them with a little salt. Optionally, you can add your favorite spices.

Once the potatoes redden, add the cheese, mix briefly and transfer them to a plate. Similarly prepare the remaining half of the potatoes.
