"We`re ready to combine pasta with just about anything but it looks as though it`s best with tuna!"

Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 whole or 3 tbsp of tomato puree
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • garlic - 2 - 4 cloves (peeled and cut into thin strips)
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp dried or fresh
  • tuna - 1 can, drained
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

Put the pasta to boil with a little salt and a few olive oil drops. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil on the stove and put it in to fry the garlic, that has been cut into small pieces. Add the finely chopped tomatoes or tomato paste.

Season the sauce with the spices, allow it to fry for 10 minutes and add the tuna. Remove from the heat and grate 2.5 oz (70 grams) of cheese on. Mix. Serve in a deep dish and spread sauce over the pasta.

You can garnish it with mint leaves and finely grated cheese slices.
