Ingredients

  • flour - 3 1/2 cups
  • water - 3/4 cup, warm
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • yeast - 1 1/2 tsp, dry
  • sugar - 1 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp

How to make

Mix the water, olive oil, yeast, salt and sugar thoroughly with a mixer until the yeast is completely dissolved. Add flour and stir until it is completely absorbed by the mixture.

After a ball forms, stop mixing. Place the dough in a bowl or large plate and cover with plastic wrap, to prevent drying.

Leave the dough in the fridge for 24 hours before using it.
