"Two words - salmon and blue cheese. We`ll leave the rest to your imagination."

Ingredients

  • salmon fillets - 4 - 6
  • blue cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • green beans - 17.5 oz (500 g) canned
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • olive oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • lemons - 2.
  • black pepper
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)

How to make

Prepare marinade from 2/5 cup (100 ml). Olive oil, the juice and grated peel of 1 lemon, wine and pepper, put the fish in it to stand for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

Drain and arrange the fish in a suitable baking tray and put a piece of blue cheese on each fillet. Cover tightly with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes, it is preheated to 360°F (180 °C).

Garnish the green beans with butter and lemon slices. Warning! The fish is not salted!
