Fluffy Pancakes

  • eggs - 3
  • flour - 1 cup
  • yoghurt - 2 cups (500 g), more than 3% fat
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • lemon juice
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • butter – melted


Extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt. Whisk the eggs and add yoghurt. Stir and pour in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, oil, 2 pinches of salt and the sifted flour.

Stir with a whisk until you get a uniform mixture. Heat a greased pan with a thick bottom. Use a large ladle to pour in some of the mixture.

Bake the fluffy pancakes on both sides and while still hot, top them with butter.find similar recipes here
