Ingredients

  • pork - 21 oz (600 g)
  • onions - 3 - 4 heads
  • butter - 1/3 cup (75 g)
  • ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • bay leaf - 2
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • allspice - 2 - 3 grains
  • carrots - 2
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • tomato paste - 1 tsp
  • ketchup - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the deboned pork into chunks, sprinkle it with salt and black pepper and put it in a glass cook pot. Add the bay leaves, garlic cloves, allspice, chopped carrots, black pepper.

Cut the onion into large pieces and place it on top, then top everything with melted butter and a glass of white wine, mixed with tomato paste.

Pour in a little water and cook over low heat for 2 hours. Towards the end of roasting, add ketchup.
