How to make
Prepare a dough from all of the products and add the beaten into snow egg white to it. Roll the dough into small sticks. Tie 2 dough sticks into a braid and form bagels.
Arrange them on a greased baking dish and smear them with butter on top. Sprinkle them with sugar and let them sit for about 15 minutes.
Bake until they turn pink. After cooling down, sprinkle them with a little powdered sugar.
