Melt the butter, and distribute it into the clay pots. Each pot gets some of the pre-made mix: the eggs are beaten, add the crumbled feta cheese, chopped tomatoes, onions and parsley.

Cover with round slices of vienna sausages and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. The pots are baked at high temperature.
