  • spinach - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • butter - 1/5 cup (65 g)
  • eggs - 3, large
  • milk - 1 1/2 cups
  • salt
  • black pepper


Wash the spinach, clean and shred it finely. Heat some of the oil and saute the spinach until soggy. Beat the eggs well and add the crumbled feta cheese and milk.

In a greased small rectangular baking dish, place the spinach, season with salt and pepper and pour the dressing over. Distribute pieces of butter on top.
