  • meat - 17.5 oz (500 g), your choice of type
  • noodles - 1 pack
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 pack
  • sour cream - 1 4/5 cups (450 g)
  • garlic sauce - quantity by choice
  • salt - to taste
  • oil


Cut the meat into small pieces and salt them. In a pan, put enough oil to cover the pieces of meat and heat up. Fry the meat, and since it is not necessary for it to be of a certain type, simply decide when it is done.

When you finish with it, put the noodles to boil in a pot of boiling water. In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic sauce. Make it to taste because too much mayonnaise is no good. This goes according to one's taste.

Drain the spaghetti and distribute out into plates. In this case we have 4 servings. Put meat on top of the noodles and pour the white sauce over them.
