Ingredients

  • rice pastry - 18 squares with 4" (10 cm) sides (can be substituted with phyllo pastry)
  • soya sprouts - 8 oz (220 g)
  • chicken - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • carrots - 2 grated
  • cabbages - 10.5 oz (300 g) grated
  • soya sauce
  • salt
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Heat oil in a pan. Chop the chicken into pieces as small as possible and put to fry with the carrots and finely grated cabbage.

Finally, add the soya sprouts. Season with soya sauce and a little salt. Fill the rice pastry sheets with stuffing and fold them in such a way so as to obtain flat rectangles.

Heat plenty of oil in a deep pan and fry the spring rolls.
